At MORROW LABS

We map your industry's rules before we build. Requirements are written down in three groups: what we've agreed, the defaults we propose, and what's still open. Both sides work from the same document.

You click through real screens before development continues. Instead of static mockups, you get pages that open at a real URL. You check mobile layouts, navigation and form input yourself, and we fix them before building on top.

We fix the first-release scope up front. Ship the features that matter first, then decide the rest from real usage. If scope changes mid-project, you see the cost and schedule impact before we agree to it.

The same rule we use on our own product, SALOG
At MORROW LABS

We run software after launch — it's what we do. We build and operate SALOG and Briefy ourselves. We know what breaks the day after launch, so we build things that are easy to run.

3 months of defect fixes after acceptance · urgent incidents acknowledged and action started within 4 business hours
At MORROW LABS

Every change passes the same gates before it ships. Type checks, tests, a security review and code review — a change that fails any of them doesn't ship. AI helps us move fast; the structure, not someone's memory, does the checking.

AI for speed, structure for quality

We build alongside AI agents to move faster. Every change still has to pass the same gates, and anything that fails doesn't ship.

  • New sales recordBlocked
  • Send emailBlocked
  • Approve DMBlocked

Business rules, written into code

Once a business is marked do-not-contact, Briefy's server refuses new sales records, email and DM approval. AI drafts are told to mark anything without a source as unconfirmed.

Page views Not the goal
Valid inquiries
Excluding spam, duplicates and tests

Websites built to generate inquiries

For AP Company's website, the goal was valid inquiries, not page views. We made no promises about tourist numbers or sales, and no personal data goes to analytics tools.

Built the same way as client work — with our own name on it.

Do we need a spec first?

No. We start by defining the problem with you, write the requirements document together, and keep agreed items separate from open questions.

How are cost and timeline set?

The first meeting is free. Once the first-release scope is written down, you get a fixed quote; if scope changes mid-project, we show the cost and schedule impact before agreeing to it. Payment is 40% at signing, 30% when you approve the previews and 30% after final acceptance (VAT excluded). Websites usually take 4–8 weeks; the first version of a web service or app usually takes 8–16 weeks.

Is there a minimum project size?

Websites start at ₩500,000, web services at ₩2,000,000 and apps at ₩1,000,000 (VAT excluded). AI integration is quoted after consultation. The final quote depends on scope. We don't take partial edits to existing sites, one- or two-page landing pages, template sites, or maintenance-only work on services we didn't build.

Is AI-built code reliable?

AI speeds up the writing; the verification gates decide what ships. A change that fails type checks, tests, the security review or code review doesn't ship.

Who owns the source code?

Once the final payment is made, the copyright in the code, design files and documents created for your project transfers to you. Domains, servers and app-store accounts are set up in your name from day one, and handover includes the repository plus run and deployment docs. Our shared internal tools stay ours, but you can use them for that service without time limits.

Do you maintain it after launch?

We fix defects free of charge for 3 months from final acceptance. Outages and security incidents are acknowledged and worked on within 4 business hours; other defects get a fix schedule within 2 business days. New features and design changes aren't covered; after the free period you can choose monthly operations or per-request quotes.

How do you keep us updated?

A weekly report covering what was done, next week's plan and decisions needed; refreshed previews and a 30-minute video demo every two weeks; and a dedicated Slack or KakaoTalk channel where messages during business hours get a same-day reply, next business day at the latest.

Do you take investment or partnership inquiries?

Yes. Choose “Investment & partnership” in the form below. For SALOG beta access or Briefy adoption, use the inquiry button on the product card, or select “Our products” as the inquiry type.
