Privacy Policy

MORROW LABS (the "Company") maintains this privacy policy under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act to protect your personal information and handle related concerns promptly.
1. Purpose of processing
We process personal information only to:
- Review and reply to project, product, investment and partnership inquiries
- Contact you for consultations, quotes and contracts
- Tell you about beta access to, and purchase of, our products (SALOG, Briefy)
2. What we collect
- Required: name, email, inquiry type, budget, message
- Optional: company or team name, phone
- Recorded automatically: access IP, access time and browser information may be logged by our hosting servers.
- We do not collect information from children under 14.
3. Retention
- Inquiries: kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted (to check history if you contact us again).
- If a contract is signed, contracts, tax invoices and other transaction records are kept for five years under the Framework Act on National Taxes.
4. Third-party provision
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

6. Overseas transfer
To handle inquiries, we transfer personal information overseas as follows (Article 28-8 of the Act).

If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you may choose not to use the inquiry form; in that case we can't receive inquiries through the website.
7. Deletion
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the information without delay: electronic files are deleted irrecoverably and inquiry emails are permanently removed from the mailbox.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Email the privacy officer below and we will act and reply within 10 days.
9. Security measures
- Access to inquiry emails is limited to the minimum number of people.
- The website and form submissions are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Work accounts use two-factor authentication.
- Inquiries past their retention period are deleted regularly.
10. Cookies
Apart from a cookie that remembers your language, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

13. Changes
This policy takes effect on November 1, 2026. We will announce any changes on the website 7 days before they take effect.
